DESIGN AND STRUCTURAL REPORT

STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS

With the goal of ensuring both the manufacturing of the metal structure and its assembly are carried out effectively in each project, we turn to technology for the creation of structural drawings, resulting from the design and structural calculation, where the details of the sections, thicknesses, and type of material are plotted, sketched, and specified. This provides a guide in the materialization of your project, hence it follows a sequential order of the construction process.

WORKSHOP ENGINEERING

Piece drawings: These are detailed drawings of each steel element required for the production assembly.Assembly drawings: These are detailed assembly drawings of the structural elements of a project. They contain all the necessary information to pre-assemble them before proceeding to their assembly. Mounting drawings: These are the drawings that allow the proper installation of the assemblies manufactured in the plant.

MANUFACTURE OF STRUCTURES

Ferrotek® manufactures steel structures from the simplest to the most complex. MATERIAL CLEANING

Proper surface preparation before applying any type of coating or paint is a highly important factor to consider, directly impacting the final result. With proper surface preparation, better long-term resistance to corrosion is achieved, ensuring correct roughness for proper adherence between the surface to be protected and the applied coating. Surface preparation can be done in different ways: blasting, sanding, chemical cleaning; mechanical cleaning is one of the most common and economical methods. At Ferrotek®, we have the capability and equipment to handle any method.

STRUCTURE COATING

A protection system given to steel parts to protect them against corrosion effects.
